AOS Colloquium Series - Dr. Ronald Cohen

Ron Cohen is a professor of Chemistry and of Earth & Planetary Sciences at UC-Berkeley. His research focuses on developing and applying new experimental and modeling strategies for understanding the chemical composition of Earth’s atmosphere in the past and present to predict future changes. This talk will focus on the development of the Berkeley Environment, Air Quality and CO2 Network (BEACO2N) in mapping CO2 and other emissions in evaluating air quality across the Bay Area and urban cities.
