Organic grain enthusiasts, join us on Wednesday, May24th for the Organic Cereals Field Day at the West Madison Ag ResearchStation.
Meet at 2:30pm at the main parking lot by the display gardens. We’ll tour wheat, barley, oats, and Kernza® plots in the field and talk with the breeding teams developing the next generation of organic grain varieties for Wisconsin and beyond. In addition, we’ll be sampling some tasty products made with these grains crafted by local bakers.
