Summer Institute: Using Genograms as a Tool to Understand Family Histories and Career Development

Genograms are a visual way of exploring family history and relations which can closely be related to career development and career decisions. They serve as a valuable assessment tool. We will discuss the intersection between work and family, how to use a genogram, and when a genogram would be useful and when it might not be helpful.
