Description
The HR Learning Series is a free virtual series that provides an encore of popular presentations from the HR@UW Conference. The hour-long seminars are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month. In October, Title Guidance and the Art of Job Analysis will explore job title guidance, a comparison of two or more titles to help campus partners distinguish between similar or confusing standard job descriptions (SJDs). We will share resources and processes to aid in job analysis and title selection.
