First Wave Freshman Ensemble Show

Just one year into their journey, the latest cohort of First Wave Hip Hop Theater Ensemble presents "The Issue." When a controversial comic strip threatens the reputation of an established newspaper, the staff is under pressure to publish a special issue that will restore their status. This is the story behind true objectivity -– revealing intolerance, forced secrets and personal truths -- as told through the lens of Hip Hop Theatre.
