Freshwater Future’s Executive Director Jill Ryan will review the legacy of the Clean Water Act in Wisconsin, examining the reasons the Clean Water Act was created and grassroots projects striving to protect Wisconsin’s lakes, rivers, wetlands and ground water. This date marks the founding of the Sierra Club in 1892. Emily Green, Director of the Sierra Club Great Lakes Program, will review the Clean Air Act and look at Wisconsin’s air quality today.
