UW-Madison Prof. and Kellner Family Chair in Urban Education Gloria Ladson-Billings is joined by New York University's Metropolitan Center for Urban Education Deputy Director Eddie Fergus and Martha Diaz, a community organizer, educator and social entrepreneur, to continue the discussion on educational theories to help participants connect hip-hop as both an art form and a pedagogical tool to improve the academic success of students who remain marginalized in our schools.
