Your doctoral work prepares you for writing a dissertation, but your broader goal is to move forward after completing a Ph.D. to a successful career. This informal, broad-ranging discussion will touch on job search issues such as interview strategies (for both academic and non-academic jobs), dealing with setbacks and disappointments, and thinking through alternative employment opportunities.
