Description
Jennifer Murphy, of the University of Toronto, speaks. Ammonia is the most important gas phase base in the atmosphere and is known to influence the formation and growth of atmospheric particles. Despite the significance of atmospheric ammonia, improvements in our understanding of its sources, chemistry and sinks have been thwarted by challenges in obtaining high quality observations at sufficient time resolution.
