With the increasing activities of states and private operators in outer space, the legal issues pertaining to such activities become more important. Up to what point would the United States be able to exercise its jurisdiction with respect to such activities? What would the relevant obligations be at the international level? Questions such as these form part of the subject matter of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's unique LLM Program in Space, Cyber and Telecommunications Law.
