Description
Two questions dominate the history of medicine and public health: What is responsible, and who is to blame? Tom Koch of the University of British Columbia discusses maps as the workbenches on which theories of disease have been developed and then tested. This interdisciplinary lecture seeks to present the map as a tool — historical and contemporary — of ethical and practical exploration in disease studies.
