On the Value of Prairies

Mrs. Popelka's presentation will be focused on the four values she places on natural areas and how they relate to everyone. In addition, she will talk about the importance of becoming active in the community and the various ways anyone can help save natural areas, all while discussing the uniqueness of Peacock Prairie and sharing photos of the rare plants from the “deep, rich soil” she was able to protect.
