AFT Forum on the Conley Rling

In response to a legal challenge by AFT and six other public employee unions, U.S. District Judge William M. Conley struck down parts of Governor Walker's anti-union "budget repair" law in March 2012. Judge Conley found that the legislation violated union members' equal protection and First Amendment rights.
