Description
Even if you don’t recall fallout shelters and duck-and-cover drills, you’ll want to attend this public event sponsored by the Friends of the Libraries and the Ebling Library for the Health Sciences. From 5-6 p.m., view the exhibit “Fallout: The Mixed Blessing of Radiation & the Public Health." Micaela Sullivan-Fowler, exhibit curator, will answer your questions. From 6-7 p.m., Dr. Richard Staley will lead discussion on "Radioactive," by Lauren Redniss. A reception follows.
