Campus visit by Taiwanese essayist and media culture expert Ko Yu-fen, College of Communication, National Chengchi University, Taiwan. Professor Ko, an alum of UW-Madison, will hold an open forum on Cold-war era television, entitled, "Television and Modern Life: Social Conditions of Taiwan's TV industry in the 1960s".
