Rachelle Winkle-Wagner, assistant professor of educational leadership and policy analysis at UW-Madison, and Dorian McCoy, assistant professor of educational leadership and policy studies at the University of Tennessee, will share their research on the needs of underrepresented students in STEM graduate programs in the state of Delaware. In addition, they will discuss the implications of their research for other institutions, including UW-Madison.
