Fractalia by Owen Clayton Condon; Mallet Quartet by Steve Reich; Third Construction by John Cage; Resounding Earth (commissioned work) by Augusta Read Thomas. Founded in 2005, Chicago's Third Coast Percussion explores and expands the extraordinary sonic possibilities of the percussion repertoire through performances, teaching and the creation of new works.
