Author and infrastructure expert Dan McNichol is traveling the country in a rusty 1949 Hudson car to start a conversation about America's aging transportation infrastructure on his Dire States Tour. During his stop at UW-Madison, he will give a lecture (3:30 p.m.) and join a panel discussion with WisDOT Secretary Mark Gottlieb and CEE Department Chair and UW Director of Sustainability Craig Benson (4:30 p.m.), and host a reception (5:15 p.m.).
