How do you build and support an ethical environment? This workshop helps you design strategies for encouraging high ethical standards in your agency and responding to ethical problems. Building on the class Ethics, Values, and the Public Manager, this class examines more deeply how managers can create a work environment that promotes ethical behavior. Prerequisite: CPM Ethics class or consent of CPM program administrator.
