Description
Bharat Jalan, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, University of Minnesota. Complex oxides with ABO3 perovskite structure have been of scientific interests for a long time due to their ability to display a wide-range of phenomena. Recent advances in thin film growth approaches have enabled the growth of this material class in thin film and heterostructure forms with structural quality, which has now become similar to that of the conventional semiconductors.
