Individual Development Plans: Charting Your Own Course

An Individual Development Plan can serve as both a planning and a communication tool, allowing you to identify your research and career goals, and communicate these goals to your mentor. During the workshop you will begin to draft your own version and develop strategies for implementing, sustaining & sharing your plan. To register for this event email OPS@lists.wisc.edu.
