Chemistry in Service to Humanity and Earth

Today the world is facing significant problems. From energy supply to water quality and beyond, the challenges are chemical in nature. The chemical community has a considerable responsibility to act on behalf of society, which has a key role to play to enable action. Some of these actions have to do with R&D funding, others with political initiatives to change school curricula and improve the education of the public. Cooperation between governments and NGOs becomes more and more important.
