Second session begins of Rec Sports taught Metabolic Conditioning. MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) is a fast pace high intensity workout that will challenge your body like never before. This class will integrate equipment like, TRX, ViPR, Kettlebells and battle ropes. Get a tough workout with like-minded fitness fanatics.
