Spring Vision Science Research Symposium

The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, SMPH, will host a day long Vision Research Symposium with Professor Paul Sieving, MD, PhD, Director of the National Eye Institute, National Institutes of Health. Dr. Sieving will give an update of NEI’s Audacious Goals and a luncheon talk: "X-linked Retinoschisis: Path to an IND and human gene therapy trial for a synaptic disease." The program features vision scientists from UW and five regional research institutions.
