Description
University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Music. Join soprano Jennifer Lien and pianist Vincent Fuh for an introduction to vocal ornamentation in the arias of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and a discussion of Mozart performance practice in his time, and since. We will perform arias and relevant excerpts during this lecture recital, which is intended to be accessible to a general audience despite being aimed at singers and music majors.
