Cuban conceptual artist Reynier Leyva Novo's work explores different sensorial experiences, so as to create through the senses a strong affective connection to history. Novo's work was featured in the 2011 Venice Biennale. Novo is a participating artist in the exhibition Apertura: Photography in Cuba Today held at the Chazen Museum of Arts (March 6-June 21).
