The formal program will include presentations by scientists from UW–Madison and other universities, as well as industry and government representatives, on the latest food safety topics. Anyone involved in food safety, product development, food microbiology, food quality assurance, or public health is invited to attend.

$50.00 for University of Wisconsin and State of Wisconsin Employees; $250 for FRI Sponsors or Federal Employees; $375 General Registration
