Adopting an Interest-Based Approach to Shared Governance and Problem Solving

At this conference, leaders at Madison College will share lessons learned shifting to an interest-based approach to shared governance to develop policies for the college in the post-Act 10 environment. They will also discuss the benefits of using a collaborative approach to decision-making.
