Presented by Tinker Visiting Professor Gustavo Gordillo, Department of Rural Development, Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico.
In this presentation, Professor Gordillo will discuss three main dilemmas confronting rural development in Mexico -- and most likely in many third world countries: the efficiency dilemma, the equity dilemma and the governance dilemma.
