Keynote Speaker: Ambassador Lange, a Senior Fellow of Global Health Diplomacy at the UN Foundation, a pioneer in global health diplomacy for the U.S. Department of State, and a graduate of UW-Madison. John served as U.S. Ambassador to Botswana 1999–2002; Charge d’Affaires in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania during 1998 terrorist bombing; High level outreach for the Gates Foundation.
