"Looking Back: the Vietnam Era in Madison", A Talk and Panel Discussion

This event will provide a look at the end of U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War, and at campus history during those tumultuous years. The UW–Madison campus was a national flashpoint of anti-war protests.The evening will feature a talk by UW–Archives staff that will include videos and photos, followed by a panel discussion including community and campus members Mayor Paul Soglin, Rev. David Couper, Jane Brotman-Austin, and Michael Zaleski will be moderated by Friends Board member Jim Fleming.
