Glenn Hubbard is Dean of the Business School and Professor of Finance and Economics at Columbia University. From 2001-2003, he was Chair of the President's Council of Economic Advisers. His work has long been a part of both public and academic debate on regulation and taxes, and as a major adviser to many of the Republican presidential platforms this century, his opinions continues to impact public policy and practice.
