Socio-economic barriers.

This meeting will be a chance to explore the issue of veterinary medical care access in the United States as it pertains to low-income and homeless individuals. It will look at the problem from all angles - first exploring the challenges that come from having minimal resources as they relate to accessing many types of support, including veterinary medical care. Then, highlighting programs that have developed practical methods for overcoming some of these barriers.
