Race and Health Panel Discussion: Stories of Inequity

Five distinguished speakers will share their expertise on the topic, including: Dr. Patrick Remington, an expert in population health and local disparities; Dr. Edward Vargas, who investigates how socio-political, familial, and personal contexts make up Latino/a health; Beverly Hutcherson, a researcher interested in elucidating barriers to health faced by African American women; and Dr. Bret Benally Thompson and Dr. Christine Athmann, both of whom work with the local Native American populations.
