As mid-term tasks are piling up and the end of semester is just around the corner, do you feel falling behind, frustrated, guilty, or resentful? Come to join us for the full-hour session and learn to identify ways to cope with stress. You will take home stress-reduction tools using "progressive muscle relaxation"! Session facilitated by:
