Socio-political dynamics of the German Energiewende

The Wisconsin Energy Institute, Center for German and European Studies, Department of Engineering Physics, American Council on Germany, and Energy Analysis & Policy Program will sponsor a lecture and discussion with German energy and climate policy analyst Mr. Carel Carlowitz-Mohn on Tuesday, December 8th.
