Description
Based on interviews with Black activists about experiences as youth and adults in some of the nation's most racially segregated (Milwaukee) and racially disparate (Madison) cities, We the 350 paints a compelling picture of intersections between race, poverty and class in daily life, exploring ways that state structures use these intersections to maintain racially disparate arrest and incarceration rates.
