Try kickboxing intervals class, a cardiovascular workout incorporating simple kickboxing drills and high energy intervals to get your feet moving and your heart pumping! Online registration opens 48 hours in advance and closes 1 hour before class begins. All classes will take place on Zoom, and you will be emailed a link to join the session shortly before the beginning of class.
