The Mental Health & Wellbeing Summit, March 11-12, 2021, is a series of workshops and activities for UW–Madison students to take a break and care for their mental and physical health.
You can choose one or more wellbeing activities that fits your needs, whether it’s dropping in on a live yoga class, learning the ins and outs of better sleep, or picking up new skills to manage procrastination and stress.
You must register online.

- 9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Drop-in Meditation
- 10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Mindfulness for Boosting Resilience and Lowering Stress
- 11 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Flourishing in Contentious Times
- Noon – 1:30 p.m. Go the %$#& to Sleep!
- 12:05 p.m. – 12:50 p.m. Powerflow Yoga
- 1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. Am I Just Bad at This?!: How Procrastination Actually Works
- 3 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. Leading & Living Well: Become a Peer Wellness Coach
- 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Your Inner Critic is Sus: Overcoming Imposter Phenomenon
This event is presented by UW–Madison Student Affairs, featuring, University Health Services (UHS), University Recreation & Wellbeing, and the Center for Healthy Minds.
