The Mental Health & Wellbeing Summit, March 11-12, 2021, is a series of workshops and activities for UW–Madison students to take a break and care for their mental and physical health.
The Summit is thrilled to host Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, licensed psychologist, speaker, and host of the wildly popular mental health podcast, Therapy for Black Girls, who will kick off the event with valuable tips and insights to manage your mental health.
You can join live events and access on-demand offerings Friday, March 12, throughout the day.

- 3 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. Leading & Living Well: Become a Peer Wellness Coach
- 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Your Inner Critic is Sus: Overcoming Imposter Phenomenon
This event is presented by UW–Madison Student Affairs, featuring, University Health Services (UHS), University Recreation & Wellbeing, and the Center for Healthy Minds.
