Working Effectively in Teams - Session 2: From Conflict to Collaboration in Teams

Professional success is dependent on being able to work effectively in teams. Which explains why, almost every job description lists “team player”, “team-work”, “interpersonal skills”, “communication skills”, or a variation as essential skills. Yet the grad experience offers limited opportunities for candidates to develop these skills. This interactive workshop will help grad students develop a strong foundation for becoming effective team players. Can register for either one or both sessions.
