Computational Instructional Community Social
Carpentries Community Social
Event Details
UW-Madison’s Carpentries Community organizes regular computational workshops (e.g., Programming in R/Python/Shell, Docker, Git, Intro to Machine Learning, Data Visualization) that enable researchers to efficiently and reproducibly analyze data. The community consists of volunteers from across campus and beyond, primarily composed of graduate students, academic staff, librarians, and faculty from a variety of different research domains and technical backgrounds.
If you are a member of the community or are interested in learning more about how you can get involved, we welcome you to attend our upcoming social at the Memorial Union Terrace on September 8, 4:30 PM. If interested, please fill out the Community Social RSVP form.
