BMI Seminar: Weighted Parametric Multiple Tesst Procedures in Group Sequential Design (WPGSD)

Phase 3 clinical trials support whether to approve an experimental treatment for clinical use and marketing. These clinical trials answer a number of questions. Some can be answered early in the trial (reduction in tumor size, for example) and others take longer, such as improvement in overall survival. Dr. Anderson will discuss a number of approaches that could offer gains in efficiency for interim analyses of clinical trials.
