Prioritize your wellbeing and join Rec Well for a relaxing break to reduce stress, calm your mind, and center your goals. Enjoy 30 minutes of mindful meditation followed by guided wellness goal journaling. Feel free to bring your lunch along to eat while journaling. Free coffee and tea provided. Open to the campus community. Registration required.
