Mentoring is critical to career success and persistence, and building and understanding mentoring networks will help students to both feel more confident and have tools to be successful in their career journeys.

Reflect on your career journey and sources of support in that journey using a living document known as a mentor map. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

- Describe and identify the different roles that relationships play in your career journey
- Create a pathway map, a living document that can be used to reflect and assess the role you and others play in your professional and personal development
