Why Asking for Help Isn’t Weakness

Description

As part of Men’s Mental Health Month, this panel brings together influential men across campus to challenge the stigma around vulnerability and seeking support. Together, we’ll explore the pressures men face when it comes to expressing emotions, prioritizing mental health, and why reaching out is a powerful act of strength, not weakness.

Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of mental health, how to spot signs that someone (or themselves) might be struggling, and how society’s expectations of masculinity play a role. Most importantly, this is a space for honest conversation. Come ready to listen, share, and ask questions.
