**Only open to UW students & registration required**This workshop, led by the WellEx Lab, will educate participants on common misconceptions about exercise and mental health. The workshop will include interactive activities, evidence-based insights from current research, and an introduction to the WellEx Lab's ongoing RESIST study, which is examining the effects of a 16-week resistance training program on individuals with depression. Participants will receive a free Rec Well tote bag!
