Description
Gain a deeper understanding of how ableism is woven into higher education and the impacts it can have on students. Panelists will explore avenues to build community, including resources for students navigating disability or supporting peers, mentees, and those they teach. The conversation will also address mentoring relationships. Through interactive Q&A, attendees will examine able-bodied privilege, share experiences, and leave with tools to foster more inclusive academic environments.
