Description
Dr. Shlevkov will discuss how integrating pharmacology with advanced cellular technologies complements human genetics in the quest to map druggable cellular signaling nodes in neurodegenerative & neurodevelopmental disorders. Topics include how genetics & cell biology combined to guide the nomination & prioritization of drug targets, how high-content imaging can be used to identify druggable mechanisms of disease, & how machine learning can identify convergent phenotypes in iPSC models.
