Description
This talk will focus on the growing body of neuroscientific evidence that indicates that positive qualities of mind such as attention, empathy and kindness can be educated. These qualities are sub-served by circuits in the brain that exhibit plasticity and this fact leads us to investigate whether such qualities can be enhanced through training and how such training affects the brain and behavior.
